Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide through contact forms, valuation requests, and consultation bookings — including your name, email address, phone number, property address, and any details you choose to share about your real estate needs.

Site activity and how it connects to you

We also record how the Site is used, so we can respond to you with genuine context rather than asking you to repeat yourself. Specifically, we record the pages you view, the property searches you run (such as the neighborhood, price range, and number of bedrooms), and the listings you open. This is stored against a random identifier held in your browser — not your name — for as long as that identifier remains in your browser's local storage.

If you later submit a form, we link that identifier to you and can therefore see the searches and listings associated with it, including activity from before you contacted us. We do this so that a conversation about your search can start from what you have actually been looking at. We do not sell this information, we do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles for any purpose other than serving you as a client.

Your browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control setting is honored — when either is enabled, this activity is not recorded. We store a one-way hashed form of your IP address (never the address itself) to guard against abuse. You may ask us to delete this activity at any time using the contact details below, or clear your browser's local storage to disconnect the identifier.

How we use your information

Sharing your information

You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and any records we're required to retain.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Embedded maps

Pages that display a property or office address embed a map from Google Maps. When such a page loads the map, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy rather than this one. Maps are loaded only when you scroll to them, and we do not send Google any information you have entered into a form on this Site.

MLS and IDX data

Listing information displayed on this Site may be sourced in whole or in part from the San Diego regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS) via IDX data feed. All such information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Listing data is subject to the MLS's terms of use and may be updated or removed without notice.
